AcoustiCare is a mobile health application that allows patients to record voice samples and share them with their healthcare providers for clinical analysis. Your health information is only accessible to you and the healthcare provider(s) assigned to your account within the app. Our development team may access system logs for troubleshooting.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or health data with third parties. We will only disclose information if required by law (for example, in response to a valid court order).

We retain your voice recordings and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with the app's services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information and recordings within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

7. Device Permissions

AcoustiCare requests access to your device's microphone solely for the purpose of recording voice samples. The app will ask for your permission before accessing the microphone. We do not access the microphone in the background or record without your knowledge.

AcoustiCare is not intended for use by children under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 15. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
